Total area is approximately 9,500 m2 to house 125 guest rooms. There is three basement level and four podium above ground levels.
The MEP design includes 100% standby power; hot water generated by solar collectors and heat pumps; pre-cooled fresh air with heat recovery for improved comfort and energy efficiency, improved humidity control and reduced energy consumption.
An on-site waste water treatment plant treats waste water for re-use in toilet flushing.
The structure for the building presents no major complications. Standard design and construction methods are followed to develop a combined shear wall and concrete frame structure designed to withstand the normal live loads, wind loads and regional seismic conditions.
